Aker Powergas Pvt Ltd is part of the Energy Development and services (ED & S)division of Aker Solutions ASA, Norway, a leading provider of engineering and construction services, technology products and integrated solutions.

Responsibilities and tasks

Responsible for planning, driving and facilitating The People and Team Management Process as described in the PEM management module
o Establish  Team alignment plan
o Establish Personal Development Plan for individual
o Assist in establishing a communication plan, align with People and Team planning
• Assist Project Management in performance management, PBC and feedback processes
• Develop training plan and calender for teams.
Lead and develop the team through training programs, follow-up and feedback
• Health Safety and Environment
Secure that health, safety and work environment aspects are thoroughly considered, planned, implemented and followed up for the relevant plans.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining a positive working environment where relevant
