Project Engineer - Civil Works

Our client is a long established, award winning specialised civil engineering organisation. They have and urgent requirement for a seasoned Project Engineer to join a high profile project in Sydney. The company specialises in remedial engineering works for major civil structures. Working within a dedicated remedial engineering team, you will work on some of Sydney’s most iconic structures.

To be successful in this role you will meet the following criteria:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Remedial civil works - façades experience highly desirable 
• Experience with contract negotiation/variation discussions
• Reporting and chairing regular meetings
• Ability to manage project budgets
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to develop safe work method statements
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Experienced at dealing with various regulatory bodies
