This up-and-coming Gold producer In WA has seen steady growth since its inception just over a decade ago. A team of Process Technicians would benefit from being lead and directed by an efficient Shift Supervisor. It is for this reason that our client is looking to take on a Shift Supervisor preferably experienced within the gold industry.
Your responsibilities will include; designing shift strategies to ensure minimum disruption to processes and to enable best possible production outcomes. You will supervise and ensure your team of Process Technicians meet the requirements of their roles and conduct themselves in a safe manner. You will promote continuous improvement and will champion processing training systems to achieve high level of operator competency.
As the successful candidate you will have sound diagnostic and problem solving skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a willingness to accept responsibility in different roles. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising within a hydrometallurgical or chemical process plant.
