  HR Intern / Becario Recursos Humanos   Location: Poza Rica, Ver, Mexico   At Baker Hughes, the purpose of this job is to Work under direct supervision with managers to handle day to day administration of policies and programs covering areas which may include recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, and personnel research.     Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities   Provide basic support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within a functional area.   May be responsible for performing office tasks such as filing, maintaining records, processing transactions and other similar duties.   May prepare reports, presentations or correspondence.   Follow HR procedures to complete tasks.   May support in facilitating logistics of functional group.   May handle special projects as assigned.   Counsel employees on HR policies, procedures, guidelines and programs   Ensure personnel file is created and filed appropriately   Vacation tracking     Basic Qualifications   High School Diploma or equivalent,  Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Informatics, Data Base, etc with 2+ years office experience.   Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, Access, Excel   Ability in written and spoken English Language     Competences    Demonstrated interpersonal skills   Demonstrated organizational skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
