Principle Accountabilities/Duties:
- Develop process and create CNC programs efficiently to perform diverse and
difficult operations requiring close/exact tolerances on products with
various dimensions while working with unusual/arbitrary shapes and finish
specifications.
- Work with a variety of metals (alloys) such as: high silicon aluminum,
Titanium, stainless steels, Inconel and other hi-temperature alloys and
carbon steels.
- Work with a variety of metal forms: billets, forgings, castings, hydro
forms, spun metal and weldments.
- Work with solid models and surface files creating moderate to challenging
3D tool path strategies using advanced machine tooling and fixture concepts
with Mastercam software (see “Software Notes” in the next section for
additional systems.)
- Experience with Mazak and FANUC based machine controllers.
- Continuous support by driving process and productivity improvements as
well as maintaining current technology standards or developing new
cutting/programming technology and methodology.
- Some machine/tooling set ups on 2, 4 and 5 axis milling equipment
including some program prove outs.
- Diagnose programming/machining issues to instruct or execute solutions and
corrections.
- Execute/complete Root Cause Analysis, proofing and Quality Control Process
sheets.
- Create detailed work instructions, machine set up and tooling information
using Microsoft Office products.
- Clearly communicate activities and be involved with group discussions
through the use of interoffice software, web and phone conferencing.
- Work with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering in developing Process
Control Plans.
- Support site with programming of 2-5 axis machinery for other commodity
groups (Semi-Conductor, Oil and Gas, Energy, Medical, Sub-Sea, Safety and
Automotive industries).
- Participating with internal/external seminars, conferences and training.

    Required Qualifications:

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    • Coordinates with Access Midstream (Access) operations and maintenance staff to schedule maintenance activities and to ensure that all Access facilities are in compliance with applicable regulations and in safe and reliable working condition.

The Measurement Technician will schedule the collection of measurement data on a monthly basis including electronic and dry flow chart recorder data and will be responsible for supporting the monthly gathering system balancing review and any variance troubleshooting of his assigned geographical area.  The Measurement Technician I will also schedule witnessing of Custody Delivery Point Meter Calibration, Inspection and Sampling.  The Measurement Technician I will require direction from the Measurement Foreman and interface with assigned equipment will be limited to basic calibration and maintenance procedures.  The Measurement Technician I will be required to replace defective pressure and temperature transmitters, telemetry and other basic parts as directed.   More advanced troubleshooting and repair duties will be directed by supervision or higher level Measurement Technician.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    • Participate in safety meetings for area employees and ensures compliance with safety manual and other industry safety standards
